ZBA finds family daycare at 20 Mirrorbrook Road in compliance at one‑year review

Chairman Sean Iago called the review; petitioner Jennifer Estavez appeared. The board reviewed a police memo from Officer Nicholas Giamarco noting the last recorded response to the property was in September 2023 and that no recent calls were logged for the dates requested by the board.
Board members asked whether there had been any neighborhood complaints since the permit was issued; members reported none in the file and the petitioner said operations were proceeding without incident. The board moved and seconded a motion finding the operation in compliance, and the motion passed unanimously.
The board closed the matter with no additional conditions.
