At a public hearing, attorney Jackson Christian, representing the applicant, described the property and the application. “My name is Jackson Christian. I’m an attorney at Demakis Law Offices in Lynn. And I’m here representing the applicant, Hari Hospitality Inc., which is doing business as the Uncommoner Cape Cod at 135 Route 28 in Yarmouth,” he said, outlining that the hotel has 102 units, a restaurant with an indoor bar and an outdoor bar, four buildings (two floors each) and about 53,000 square feet of total space.
