The document includes a needs assessment informed by community, staff and student surveys and establishes longitudinal growth targets tied to graduation metrics and ninth-grade-on-track indicators.
Board members moved and seconded approval of the application; a roll-call vote recorded unanimous approval. Staff said they will submit the application to ODE and then work with state reviewers to set final performance targets and budgets for the two-year period.
