CTE center construction progressing at Silver Ranch; Lincoln project fully closed out

Major projects staff reported to the board on April 14 that construction of the district career and technical education (CTE) center in the Silver Ranch development is progressing and that the Lincoln renovation has reached final closeout.
Project manager Mister Sherr said the south-side concrete pour for the CTE center remains to be completed and that wall panels and interior partitions are installed in portions of the building. He reported roof installation was planned but might be delayed due to wind. The site shows internal rooms beginning to take shape with storage and tool-room layouts visible.
Sherr also said the Lincoln project is officially finished on paperwork and punch-list items, noting the construction was completed earlier but final operations-and-maintenance manuals, billing and punch-list resolution take additional time.
Board members had no questions during the report; staff said they are available for follow-up.
