Ector County ISD board approves Dr. Keeley Boyer as superintendent

The Ector County Independent School District Board of Trustees voted Feb. 28 to appoint Dr. Keeley Boyer as the district’s superintendent and approved her employment contract during a special meeting at the district’s administration building in Odessa.
