District staff told trustees the application that will include the spending plan must be submitted to the state by April 15 and that the approved plan mirrors practice in nearby districts. Ms. Yates, joined by Leanne Lynch from the state and federal programs office, said the payout would be a one-time payment in July after the state validation system confirms generated funds, and that the 90% share is subject to benefits and Teacher Retirement System (TRS) contributions.
