The Hitchcock City Council voted unanimously to authorize the city manager to execute an agreement with P3 Works LLC to provide public improvement district (PID) administrative services for the Gulf Breeze PID.
City staff said P3 Works will perform district due diligence, prepare the service and assessment plan, support bond issuance and provide other PID formation and administration services described in the agreement. The contract term was described as three years with automatic one-year renewals until terminated; either party may end the agreement with 60 days’ written notice.
Staff told the council the source of payment for P3 Works’ services would be developer-advanced funds or payments from the PID itself; no city general-fund obligation was recorded in the meeting transcript. Council members moved and seconded the resolution and approved it unanimously.
