Legislator Greg Mezi said he was “cautious” about adding county funds before audit results and clearer information on staff headcount and other constraints. Several members agreed to bring a budget amendment or member-filed resolution for the committee’s second April meeting so the matter could be voted on before the TCPL board’s April/May timeline.
