Committee members asked staff to circulate results from the previous two climate surveys for comparison before the next meeting so members can avoid repeating the same questions and focus on actions that address persistent top issues. Staff said they would search for prior presentations and circulate the 2018 climate survey results and any subsequent summaries they can find.
The committee also confirmed the April meeting date as April 23 at 3 p.m. and noted the agenda-submission deadline of April 16. Several members volunteered to take follow-up tasks; members who cannot attend the April 23 meeting flagged scheduling conflicts.
No formal votes were taken on goals at the March meeting; the committee agreed to continue refining priorities and to bring specific proposals to the April agenda.
