Warren County committee approves 2025 road program, schedules contract bids; bridge design amendment did not carry

Items 5 and 6 — a miscellaneous resolution to return funds to a capital project source and a related County budget amendment to increase D9950 transferred to capital projects — were approved together by voice vote. Items 7, 8 and 9 were related to an amended DOT grant to add detailed design for two H‑24 bridge replacements (Millbrook and Johnson Road / Beaver Pond Bridge), increasing the capital project and amending a consultant contract to perform that work. The committee voted on items 7–9 by voice and the chair recorded that the motion “did not carry.”
