Davenport council approves reappointments, a new housing commission appointment and consent agenda

Appointments approved by the council include the reappointment of Jessica Malachek to the Design Review Board; reappointments of Steve Garrington and Barbara Maness to the Planning and Zoning Commission; and a new appointment of Alex Hue to the Housing Commission. Council members moved and seconded the appointments and approved them by roll call.
Council also approved the consent agenda by roll call. The meeting included a proclamation naming March 2025 as MS Awareness Week; the proclamation was read aloud and accepted by a community representative.
