Nelson told the board that if the county starts construction now he expects to complete the renovations in 90–120 days and coordinate the state's equipment move so the SOE can move once the state schedule is complete. Commissioners asked about restrooms, parking access and lease timelines for Ajax; Nelson said ADA restroom access is available in the proposed layout and Ajax could be moved to the Bridal building for the remainder of its lease (about 10 months). The board provided general support for proceeding and directed staff to return with next steps on logistics and lease handling.
