- Iceberg proposal (merged Salida Partners/Iceberg team): A 12-story, type IV mass-timber building designed to LEED Silver standards. The concept includes a two-story, roughly 15,000-square-foot museum space (Levels 2–3), a two-story, ~15,000-square-foot venue space intended for the Englert Theatre and an eating establishment, four micro-retail bays on the ground floor, office space on the fourth floor and eight stories of residential above.
