Superintendent Jeff Elstad and Julie Sullivan (teaching and learning) described the plan as a grant-funded partnership that provides distinct programming and funding opportunities shared between the two districts. Elstad said the packet materials summarize goals laid out by the district’s teaching and learning department and by plan partners.
A board member moved to approve the plan and the motion passed by voice vote.
