- Emily Parsley, license number 328179 (Quitman School District) - Peepsi Captidon, license number 324537 (Harrison County School District) - Victoria Seal, license number 324374 (Lauderdale County School District) - Lacey Ingram, license number 329841 (Laurel School District)
DeJonge also presented agreed orders under Standards 4 and 9 involving educator‑student relationship/ethics violations that place licenses on probation and require coursework in educator ethics. The two listed respondents are:
- Chance Collins, license number 314767 (Madison County School District) — Standard 4 - Marilyn Payne, license number 2206336 (Clarksdale Collegiate School District) — Standard 9
DeJonge said the agreed orders specify that respondents must complete required coursework related to educator ethics during probation and that violations or failure to meet coursework requirements will result in automatic suspension of the license for one calendar year, after which the educator may petition for reinstatement under state law.
