- Lakeshore permit FLP25-04 — Brent McCabe: Replace existing nonconforming dock with floating U-shaped dock and breakwater at Flathead Lake; impervious cover after work 526.7 sq. ft., within the 1,150 sq. ft. allowance. Motion carried. (Presented by Caitlin Leslie, Planning and Zoning.)
- Lakeshore permit FLP24-93 — Pearl Street Trust: Replace an existing nonconforming “I” dock with same dimensions; square footage remains the same. Motion carried. (Presented by Caitlin Leslie.)
- Lakeshore permit FLP24-94 — CJS Enterprises of Montana LLC: Rebuild crib dock with identical dimensions and re-place existing boat lift; square footage unchanged at 544 sq. ft. Motion carried. (Presented by Caitlin Leslie.)
- Lakeshore permit extension FLP22-100 — Richard Beany: Extension to install compliant dock lighting; electrical works installed, lights not yet placed. Motion carried. (Presented by Caitlin Leslie.)
