Seth Jogan of Planning and Zoning presented a final resolution for a zone change at 22 Meadowlark Drive near Kalispell in the Evergreen Zoning District for property owners Corey Mae McCartney Smith and Steven Smith. The amendment changes the zoning from R-3 to R-4. The board adopted final Resolution No. 797 (Smith zone change) by voice vote.
Planning staff Seth Strickland presented a request to extend the preliminary plat approval for the High Country Subdivision. The plat originally received preliminary approval on April 5, 2022, and was set to expire April 5, 2025. The applicant requested a one-year extension to April 5, 2026, with a 45-day window to submit final materials. Commissioners noted the project had changed ownership and that the applicant was progressing; the board approved the one-year extension.
