Roswell council votes unanimously to enter closed session on personnel, litigation and real estate

The City of Roswell mayor and city council voted unanimously Monday to move into a closed session to discuss personnel matters, litigation and real estate.

City Attorney David Davidson presented a recommendation under the city attorney’s report that the council should close the meeting for those topics, according to the meeting record. Councilor Marcelles moved to close the meeting; Council Member Lee Hills seconded. The presiding officers then recorded a unanimous vote to proceed to closure.
