The Norwalk City Council on an evening meeting approved a package of routine and project-related measures, including an ordinance granting a taxicab franchise to Shelly Reineck, doing business as GT Cab Company; a resolution authorizing submission of an application to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) for a wastewater treatment plant upgrade; and a resolution waiving administrative building and hookup fees for Firelands Habitat for Humanity’s proposed home at 12 Spring Street. Council also approved routine agenda items and minutes and adjourned into an executive session to discuss pending and threatened litigation.
The measures were adopted by unanimous roll call votes of members present.
