Parma Council adopts code updates, contracts and emergency repairs; several measures sent back to committee

Procurements and referrals: Several procurement or pavement ordinances (including Ordinance 17-25 for TAC/prime code, 18-25 for the 2025 pavement maintenance program, 19-25 asphalt concrete purchase, 20-25 equipment/pavement services, 25-25 Cleveland Water backfill program, 30-25 copier lease and 31-25 sewer easements) were referred back to the finance committee for further review. Ordinance 30-25 (lease of 36 copiers, $239,700) was amended and referred back to finance as amended.
