Council members moved to exit the executive session and immediately voted to seal its record. Council officials disclosed that no votes were taken during the executive session. After the seal motion passed, members made and seconded a motion to adjourn, which the body approved.
The sealing motion was approved by roll call. Members recorded as voting "yes" during the seal vote include Councilman Esmer, Padnick, Alfano, Reynolds, Wilcox, Councilor Nunez, Madnick and Paul Tanno. The subsequent motion to adjourn also passed by roll call; members recorded as voting "yes" on the adjournment include Councilor Dansmorejailo, Benick, Umushano, Edel and Willcock.
The meeting minutes and other records did not indicate any formal actions or votes were taken while the council was in executive session.
