Early in the meeting District 2 moved to amend and spell the special meeting notice; District 5 seconded and the board voted Districts 1–5 — motion carries, 5-0. The board announced the next meeting will be at 9 a.m. on April 7, 2025.
Later the board approved a motion to enter executive session for personnel matters affecting the Emergency Department and Management Department; District 4 moved and District 2 seconded; the motion carried 5-0. After the executive session, the board recorded that no action was taken in the closed session and then moved to adjourn; the final adjournment motion also carried 5-0.
