Councilman to explore updating Watertown welcome signs; governor visited Harmony Hills

Tupper also reported that he had just returned from a tour in which the governor and lieutenant governor visited Harmony Hills. He said members of the Challenger Center gave a presentation and that he sits on the Challenger Center board; he thanked "Sister Barb" for her assistance in presenting information about a daycare and the center's efforts to secure funding. Tupper said the governor and lieutenant governor were "pleasantly surprised" by the work at Harmony Hills and that they planned additional visits in the region.
