The council also accepted the reappointment of Brian Candela as assistant corporation counsel. All these personnel items passed by voice vote.
The council read and approved a lengthy consent calendar that included departmental narratives, tax reports, authorizations for mayoral execution of various agreements, and capital project actions. The consent calendar vote was recorded as unanimous.
