Staff proposed removing the matter from the formal hearing calendar and handling outstanding items administratively.
The hearing officer agreed to remove the item from the hearing calendar, noting that staff would monitor progress and that the certificate could be issued once required landscaping and fire-marshal plan adjustments were completed. There was no contingent fine or further action required at this time; staff will check the site in the spring to confirm compliance.
