County updates Willow Creek Villas and eyes $1M REDI funding for workforce housing

Nathan emphasized these would be market‑rate homes (not subsidized units) with varying price points aimed at reducing long commutes for area factory workers.
No formal commitment of the REDI funds or appropriation occurred at the meeting; Nathan said appraisals must be completed before the redevelopment commission and commissioners proceed with bidding or land decisions.
