- An ordinance amending the 2025 Combined Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance (agenda item 6B1B). Motion: Member Lehman (mover) with second by Member Burn. Committee approved by voice vote.
- An ordinance amending Chapter 205 (fees), Article 11, Section 205-32 of the McLean County Code (agenda item 6B1C). Motion: Member Lehman (mover) with second by Member Burn. Committee approved by voice vote.
Health Committee item:
- Emergency appropriation ordinance amending the McLean County Fiscal Year 2025 Combined Annual Appropriation and Budget Ordinance for Fund 0112 (agenda item 6C1A). Motion: Member Burn (mover) with second by Member Layman. Committee approved by voice vote.
Justice Committee items:
