• Consent agenda: The council approved the consent agenda, which included January 2025 meeting minutes (with a scrivener’s correction), the Public Works Operations Center construction owner’s representative contract, and an amendment to the city attorney employment contract.
• Historic inventory grant (Robinwood): The council voted unanimously to support a February 2025 grant request to fund a historic‑resources inventory for the Robinwood neighborhood, contingent on the city providing a 50% match for consulting services; staff indicated the match may include staff or volunteer time.
All of the votes above passed without recorded dissent. The council moved these items early in the meeting and reserved longer discussion and public comment for a later quasi‑judicial hearing and other agenda items.
