Votes at a glance: Jefferson County commission approves minutes, consent items and plats

The Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners on March 25 took several routine actions: approving minutes, approving multiple consent items with one item moved to next week, correcting a resolution number on the agenda, and approving two plats — one from the consent hearing and the Neal Street subdivision on the regular hearing agenda.

The board approved the minutes from the March 11, 2025 meeting by voice vote. The commission also moved consent agenda item 7.8 to next Tuesday’s agenda and approved consent items 7.1 through 7.7 and 7.9.

County Attorney Sorrells told the board there is a typo on consent item 7.9: the resolution number printed in the agenda memo (CC25-080) was incorrect and the correct published resolution number is CC25-069; Sorrells said the actual agenda listing shows CC25-069 and the agenda memo should be corrected for the record.

On the hearing-consent agenda, the commission approved Resolution CC25-081, case number 22-129019PF (Victor Victoria subdivision, 11747 West King Carol Avenue, Littleton), a preliminary and final plat for approximately 7.141 acres to be subdivided into two lots for commercial use. The clerk recorded the vote as unanimous: Commissioner Kerr: Aye; Commissioner Zenzinger: Aye; Commissioner Dahlkemper: Yes.

Separately, the board later approved hearing regular agenda item 11.1 (Neal Street Subdivision, case 24-113035PFP) after a staff presentation and applicant remarks; that item is the subject of a separate article.
