District seeks $575,000 from developer funds to finish ADA access and plaza at Loveland High fields

“To ensure … there are truly ADA‑accessible routes to the fields … that is really what this work entails,” Piccone said, describing required plaza, ramps and accessible walkways. Staff proposed funding the additional scope with approximately $575,000 from payment‑in‑lieu funds; Piccone said the request would be advanced for board consent at a future meeting.
Board members asked clarifying questions about scope and community access. Piccone said the work includes coordination with the city and that the change of scope was identified during final design. No formal vote was taken; staff said the item will be presented on the consent agenda for board action at the next meeting.
