The board made a single motion to adopt the seven positions as read; the roll-call vote recorded Directors Chavez, Evenson, Heights, Jones and Lima as voting yes. The board discussion included concerns about the seclusion ban’s effect on sensory rooms and on students with special needs and concerns that the expanded financial reporting requirement would impose invasive and burdensome tracking of private donations at the school level.
