Items adopted on voice votes included the consent agenda (which contained the treasurer’s report for February 2025; the March 2025 month-end financial report; the Digital Accessibility Transition Plan and Compliance Progress Update as of April 1, 2025; and Resolution 25-554 appointing a member to the Foothills Regional Emergency Medical Service and Trauma Advisory Council). The board approved the consent agenda by motion and recorded unanimous approval.
Compensation plan correction — Resolution 25-046 Human resources director Shanda Johnson explained that Resolution 25-046 amends the Gilpin County compensation plan to remove a contradicting sentence in the hiring section that remained in the posted document after work-session edits.
