Hankins said the county previously accepted only Augusta Loop after a formal punch-list process, and that other interior loop roads were never formally petitioned for acceptance. "I have requested to meet with the board upon discussions with the developer of Spring Valley for filings 1 through 3," Hankins said during the work session.
