The consent items listed in the agenda included approval of meeting minutes from March 17, March 20 (two meetings) and March 31, 2025; claims in the total amount of $6,863,149.92; and four resolutions: No. 4582 (River Shore Sewer Interceptor upsizing phase 1 design loan acceptance), No. 4583 (professional services agreement with Consor North America, Inc., for Sylvester Street overpass pedestrian/bicycle path design), No. 4584 (project acceptance for well capacity upgrades), and No. 4585 (agreement with Burnham for tax-credit proceeds transfer).
Councilmember Melny moved to approve the consent agenda and Councilmember Blaisdell seconded. The clerk called the roll and all present councilmembers voted in favor.
The approvals permit staff to continue design and acceptance work described in the agenda packet and to process the listed payments. The council did not remove any items for separate consideration during the meeting.
