Board staff presented an informational item from the Clerk of the Boards of Contracts listing 62 contracts in the $10,000–$99,999 threshold approved by the Clerk between Feb. 15 and March 14, 2025; the board received the item as informational and did not take action on those clerk-approved contracts.
The Governor’s Finance Office Budget Division presented a reconciled fund-balance report pursuant to NRS chapter 353 with approximate balances listed in the meeting record: tort claim fund approximately $2,300,000; statutory contingency account $1,047,144.59; stale claims account approximately $1,100,000; emergency account $500,000; disaster relief account approximately $13,700,000; IFC contingency unrestricted general fund approximately $12,100,000; IFC contingency unrestricted highway fund approximately $1,600,000; IFC contingency restricted general fund approximately $113,800,000; IFC contingency restricted highway fund approximately $18,800,000; extradition coordinator budget account $100,276,000. Board members asked no follow-up questions during the informational presentation.
Motions to approve the minutes, leases and the master service agreement were made and passed by voice vote. The meeting concluded with a second public comment opportunity with no speakers and adjournment.
