Crawford County commissioners approved a bid from All Seasons Flooring to prep and install vinyl composition tile (VCT) and kitchen tile at county facilities during their March 14 meeting.
The county presented two bids for the work. County staff recommended All Seasons Flooring of Frontenac, whose bid was presented as $5,112.77 to prep the floor and install the tile; in the meeting motion commissioners referred to a $5,400 award and voted to accept the All Seasons bid and proceed with the work.
County staff said the bid covers floor preparation, tile, adhesive and installation and that the contractor will coordinate cleanup with county kitchen staff. Commissioners moved and seconded approval of the bid; staff will execute the contract and schedule work with the vendor.
No additional contract amendments or funding sources were discussed at the meeting.
