Toole County commissioners approve series of board appointments and reappointments

They also reappointed Chad Scarborough to the fair board for a term ending Dec. 31, 2027, and appointed Bailey Spiker to the fair board to replace Casey Nicholl, with the appointment recorded as a term ending Dec. 31, 2027.
