• Approved appointments: David LaVorn to the Development Authority (remainder of six-year term ending Feb. 2030); Spencer Carr to the Airport Commission (remainder of three-year term). Both appointments passed unanimously. The Avita Board appointment was tabled until next month by unanimous vote.
