A committee member moved to transfer $11,320 from the IT director wage line (budget line 111) to IT support (budget line 2-16) and a second was given; the motion carried on a voice vote (ayes recorded). The committee asked staff to include the license line in future budgets so the recurring cost is budgeted.
The committee instructed IT and finance staff to add a recurring budget line for licenses in 2026 and to track the ongoing cost in monthly finance reports.
