Commissioners and staff agreed the EDAB could add practical perspective to questions about temporary commercial activities, site‑appropriate accessory uses and where industrial or commercial activities should be located. Commissioner Tom Green asked if the referral needed a formal motion; staff said general agreement was sufficient to proceed.
Next steps: staff will refer the land‑use table materials to EDAB and report back to the commission with EDAB comments for any subsequent code amendments and public hearings.
