Little Fox Road property with dump truck continued to March for removal confirmation

The hearing officer continued the matter to March and asked for confirmation that the dump truck had been removed by then; the driveway review can proceed separately.
The continuation is intended to give staff time to verify removal and for the owner to pursue driveway permitting if desired. The hearing officer set no fine at this time but noted continued noncompliance could lead to penalties.
