Director Burkhart told the council the city is "proposing to reduce the levy from 12 90 5 to 12 80." He said the fiscal 2026 rollback increased just over 1 percent, and that the net effect on most property tax statements would be about a 1.16 percent increase — "about $7 per $100,000 of assessed valuation," Burkhart said.
