Council reviews preliminary plat for 52‑lot Clover Hill at Wicklow; neighbors press stormwater and crosswalk fixes

On April 8, the Nixa City Council heard the first reading of council bill 2025‑11, an ordinance approving the preliminary plat for the Village of Clover Hill at Wicklow, the proposed Phase 7 of the Wicklow subdivision. The plat would create 52 buildable single‑family lots and two non‑buildable common‑area parcels on a site just under 20 acres annexed into the city in 2003.

City planner Bridal Justin told council the north half of the parcel had historically been commercial and south multifamily until the property was rezoned to R‑1 single‑family in 2014.
