Julie reported that Horn’s pre-K enrollment starts low but “in first grade, it jumps up,” and that the campus is planning to offer tuition-based pre-K to reach children who otherwise attend private daycare. She did not specify timelines, tuition amounts or whether the program has received final district approval.
