Applicant Anthony Sleiman told the commission he and the property owner have been working to split the lot and that the resulting smaller lot “doesn't meet your acreage requirement.” Kathy (administration staff) told commissioners the administration proposed a condition in response to earlier comments and outlined the recommended wording changes.
