The Village of Brown Deer village board voted unanimously April 7 to approve its consent agenda, which included approval of minutes, the March 2025 voucher statement, temporary Class B licenses for community events, and authorization to accept buyer’s basis funds up to $50,000 for the 10 Mile Park project.
Staff said the 10 Mile Park project came in under budget at bid time but required plan changes; the $50,000 will be used to restore amenities and add landscaping. Trustee Connolly asked when quarterly financial reports are provided; staff said the village’s first‑quarter 2025 financials will be available in May, approximately 30 days after the quarter ends.
Trustee Thompson moved to approve the consent agenda; Trustee Greaves seconded. The motion carried.
