A commissioner moved to approve the replat and another commissioner seconded. The motion passed by voice vote; the record shows commissioners voting “Aye” and the chair declared the motion passed.
The approved replat simply divides the recorded Lot 1 into two separate lots to facilitate future use or sale. No other conditions or financial obligations to the city were reported at the meeting.
