Commission approves Feb. 11 minutes; director reports council approved special-use permit

Mount Pleasant — The Planning & Zoning Commission approved the minutes of its Feb. 11, 2025 meeting and later adjourned during the March 11, 2025 regular session. The planning director also reported that a special‑use permit the commission had previously reviewed was approved by the city council at its most recent meeting, and staff approved one minor plat administratively.

The commission opened the March 11 meeting by calling for approval of the Feb. 11 minutes.
