Library‑park site plan team urges residents to take survey as early assessment goes to council

Victoria Rocha, a South Pasadena resident and member of the Library/Community Center Site Plan Ad Hoc Committee, told the Public Works Infrastructure Commission that community input will shape an early assessment of possible changes to Library Park, adjacent senior‑center and library facilities.
Rocha said the current effort is an assessment, not a funded construction plan, and that results of the engagement work will be presented to the City Council. “I come here for free because I love this community so much and wanna contribute it to it,” Rocha said, urging commissioners and residents to take a survey and attend open houses and pop‑up events at local festivals and the farmers market.
