Punta Gorda DRC continues indoor storage application at 2530 Tamiami Trail to June 13

The Punta Gorda City Development Review Committee on April 11, 2025, voted to continue review of application DRC 012025, for an indoor storage facility at 2530 Tamiami Trail, to the committee’s June 13, 2025 meeting.

Rachel Berry, zoning official for the record, said the city received “a signed and notarized application requesting a 60 day continuance from Michael Costa, who is the agent for the application,” and that the applicant sought more time to address staff review comments. Committee members moved and seconded a continuance; the motion carried on a voice vote with all in favor and no recorded opposing votes.
